Add missing packages for LXC containerflounder_5.99.6flounder_5.99.5flounder/5.99.6flounder/5.99.55.99.65.99.5
LXC image doesn't include the gawk package which is needed
for prepare_meta script.
Also it misses needed HOSTTOOLLS dependencies for bitbake and
git-review.
