zeus updates for dragonboard-410c
Changes:
- Update BBMASK definition in template to avoid new warning.
- Rename linux-linaro-qcomlt bbappend to use a wildcard to cover both
the new 5.4 kernel in meta-qcom and still the older 4.x kernels in
that BSP that a user might configure instead.
