Data Type which describes the last reset reason of the device.

Enumerator:

UCS_INIC_RST_STARTUP	Reset due to Power on reset or reset pin (!RST) is held low.
UCS_INIC_RST_HW_WATCHDOG	Reset due to hardware watchdog that had snapped.
UCS_INIC_RST_STACK_OVERFLOW	Reset due to stack overflow.
