Indicates if FSY/SCK signals are configured as outputs or inputs.

Enumerator:

UCS_STREAM_PORT_CLK_MODE_OUTPUT	INIC drives the FSY/SCK signals as outputs, frequency locked to the network clock.
UCS_STREAM_PORT_CLK_MODE_INPUT	FSY/SCK signals are configured as inputs and are driven from outside the INIC. Use RMCK, frequency locked to the network clock, as reference for clock generation.
