default.xml: Use Krogoth for meta-raspberrypi
Recently the maintainer of Yocto/OE layer
meta-raspberrypi create branch Krogoth therefore
it is recommended to use for the port of AGL to
Raspberry Pi 2 and 3.
Bug-AGL: SPEC-254
