Roll meta-flutter
-ivi-homescreen v2.0
-common source tree between ivi-homescreen and flutter-auto.
The only difference is the executable name.
-unique flutter archive file name based on commit and flutter sdk version
-delete pubspec.lock file by default. Overrides are available
-Rive support
-dart-sdk 32-bit support
-sentry-native RISC-V
-strip x86_64 executables in flutter-sdk package
