Until we can replace the board in CI or move on.
The 4.14 kernel tree does not ship dra7x-evm-lcd-lg at all.
For now go back to the last revision with kernel 4.9.

The meta-rcar repository is published in github. However,
the commit ID doesn't be used manifest. To avoid
unexpected update after mastar branch is fix, the commit
ID should be specified.

Update version of meta-raspberrypi to support the
new model Raspberry Pi 3 B+. Now AGL images built
for machine raspberrypi3 will work on both Raspberry
Pi 3 Model B and Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+.

To avoid broken builds, use fixed revisions.
You can use default-floating.xml to get the latest revisions of all repos
repo init -b master -m default-floating.xml
repo sync

This change bumps the external repos to the respective rocko branches.
Especially:
- consolidate on meta-freescale from git.yoctoproject.org
- try master of meta-security-isafw
(repo is stale, no rocko branch - might have to disable)
- meta-boundary currently disabled (no rocko branch)
Otherwise we update to the latest rocko branch revision.
For poky we stick to rocko v2.4.1.

If you want to tip of the pyro branch for the external repos, use:
repo init -m default-floating.xml
repo sync --force-sync -d
For the differences check:
repo diffmanifests default.xml default-floating.xml
