	Add repo manifest for AGL Distribution. 'default.xml' in 'master' is for pulling HEAD of AGL Distribution. (Pulling HEAD of master in meta-agl and meta-agl-demo). For snapshot or stable release of AGL Distribution, appropriate tags or branches should be given (T.B.D.).
