setup: split setup script in multiple parts

Instead of having a monolithic script suitable for many features,
this commit splits the main setup file in elementary scripts associated
to different features:
- Yocto build (bitbake deps)
- Bitbake Toaster
- Network boot
- SDK
- X11 Tools
- Documentation tools support
