Add flutter dashboard app
- This adds the Flutter dashboard app in the AGL.
- Pin the flutter dashboard app in IVI flutter demo homescreen.
- Integrate with kuksa-val server.
- change the homepage same as SRC_URI.
- change the AGL_APP_NAME.
