Add mp3 support in lightmediascanner for AGL demo
Supporting 'mp3' scan of LMS is dropped by PACKAGECONFIG
in meta-agl. (It is supported in meta-openembedded by default.)
When displaying AGL demonstration, supporting MP3 is preferable.
