Add recipes for flutter apps
- This add the flutter dashboard,hvac,navigation,
mediaplayer apps in the AGL.
- Pin all the flutter apps in IVI flutter demo homescreen.
- Add config file for each app for kuksaAuthToken and mapboxAccessToken.
