Update flutter-cluster-dashboard
- Import all flutter-cluster-dashboard changes from master.
- Add 'flutter-cluster-dashboard.yaml' file.
- Set openrouteservice API Key in local.conf to the variable
`OPENROUTE_API_KEY`.
- Change SRCREV and SRC_URI
