chromium, html5-*: adapt to kirkstone
Adapt the recipes to the changes required by Yocto kirkstone:
* Explicit python2 dependency.
* Replace _ with : as separator in variables.
* Explicit pkgconfig dependency.
* Assume always upstream ozone wayland.
