Update spacing and variable ordering in the demo app recipes for consistency per the OpenEmbedded syle guide (see: https://www.openembedded.org/wiki/Styleguide). Additionally, a common cut-and-pasted unnecessary comment has been removed from the recipes. There are no functional changes.
