To allow coordination of landing of features in wam and chromium with the web application changes, add explicit hashes. This is required to later land the changes for appinfo.json, as web applications will need to change at the same time WAM stops parsing config.xml and starts using appinfo.json. Add back the html5-hvac application, adapting installation to the new application framework: - It provides a valid .desktop file. - It does not use the .wgt file, and just deployes to /usr/lib/wam_apps/html5-hvac the application files. During the last workshop the transition to the new framework was presented. This change essentially deprecates the SMACK-based application framework.
