Testing has shown that the libatomic linking fix for RISC-V (see SPEC-5011) is not needed after the upgrade to scarthgap, so remove our bbappend. 2024-03-19python3-grpcio: add bbappendScott Murray1-0/+17
Add bbappend to tweak the LDFLAGS used when building for RISC-V so that libatomic gets linked as is required. See the comment in the .inc file for more information.
