This patch updates the recipes used to build the MOST driver.
Since the driver source directory holds version 1.4.0-stable
as of commit f19c18408b515c5e33f96893cbe213d9ab30b904 it also
adds backport patches for the MOST sound and networking driver
needed to build for porter.

v2.0: (Tadao Tanikawa)
Completely rebuilt. The mapviewer and mapvier-demo are installed
into porter's image only because they need AGL CES2017 Demo mock-up.
To enable mapviewer-demo, execute switch_on_mapviewer-demo.sh at
/usr/AGL/mapviewer-demo then reboot porter.
CAUTION: After enabling mapviewer-demo, without cluster mock up
which connected directly to porter board,
weston on the porter board would always crash
immediately after booting.
If you fall into that situation, disable mapviewer-demo
following instructions below.
To disable mapviewer-demo, execute switch_off_mapviewer-demo.sh at
/usr/AGL/mapviewer-demo then reboot porter.
v1.0: (Yusuke Nakamura)
This addes script to enable/disable CES2017 cluster
demo to /usr/AGL/cluster-demo. Once switch_on_cluster-demo.sh
is executed, this enables a service for cluster demo and
sets configurations for the dmeo.

This patch addes recipe for mapviewer.
mapviewer is a child application which communicates
with navigation app on homescreen. In CES2017 demo
this app is launched at virtual screen next to homescreen.
(invisible on homescreen) Mapviewer dislay on virtual screen is
transported to meter cluster side via ethernet.
That will be shown at center of meter cluster with 384x368.
window manager tries to change the position to be sent to a cluster
after systemd execute LayerManagerControl set surface.
In order to avoid this sleep is added as a tentative solution.

This patch fixes these issues:
- The packages qtmultimedia-qmlplugins,
qtquickcontrols-qmlplugins and qtsvg-plugins are missing
For RDEPENDS_${PN},
PN="ALS2016-demo" and PN="CES2016-demo" not work
PN="als2016-demo" and PN="als2016-demo" work
Probably root cause would be in elsewhere...
- Many QA warning while copying ALS/CES2016 demo files

Add recipe for a full cross SDK image (which includes SDK for Qt5)
for AGL Demo Platform of AGL Distribution.
To build SDK,
$ bitbake agl-demo-platform-crosssdk
To install SDK (e.g. for porter)
$ cd tmp/deploy/sdk

To use SDK (e.g. for porter)
$ source /opt/poky-agl/1.0.0/environment-setup-cortexa15hf-vfp-neon-poky-linux-gnueabi
You can also use QtCreator with this SDK:
$ source /opt/poky-agl/1.0.0/environment-setup-cortexa15hf-vfp-neon-poky-linux-gnueabi
$ qtcreator.sh
Before building your Qt projects, you should setup QtCreator once to use SDK.
