This changeset introduces the templates for the TI vayu board. Also this changeset sychronizes the templates with meta-agl and formats them in a way so the extra layers are at the end. In previous patch, meta-intel layer is added to BBLAYERS for both QEMU(qemux86/qemux86-64) and Minnowboard MAX(intel-corei7-64) although QEMU target doesn't need it.
