Add meta-agl-flutter layer
- agl-image-flutter
baseline agl-compositor based image that includes:
ivi-homescreen - Toyota Flutter Embedder
flutter gallery - Flutter Demo Application
flutter_homescreen - Igalia Demo Application
- flutter-app-homescreen - Igalia flutter_homescreen app
- ivi-homescreen bbappend to lock SRCREV
