meta-audio-4a-framework: add INCLUDE_LEGACY_BINDING_VDYN to af-binderflounder_5.99.1flounder/5.99.15.99.1
INCLUDE_LEGACY_BINDING_VDYN is mandatory to re-use bindings developped for EE.
