Update virtio-can driver
Updates [v2]:
- Rename virtio-can recipe to solve SDPX error
Updates [v1]:
- Update virtio-can driver implementation and make it
compatible with all kernel versions between v5.10 and
v6.6. The implementation was tested on AGL refHW and
raspberry pi 4 boards.
Bug-AGL: SPEC-4966
