wam: bump revision
Includes commits:
* [agl] Implement an envvar for launcher to wait for host process
* [agl] Suspend/resume webapps depending on visibility
* Create socket and lock files in XDG_RUNTIME_DIR.
which are the fixes for the AGL issues:
