Add automatically App Key setting method
When we want to use mapbox map drawing that use in mominavi,
we have to set App Key. This App Key need to get oneself
from mapbox developer site.
This patch add automatically App Key setting method.
How to do.
at local.conf/site.conf
MOMIMAP_MAPBOX_ACCESS_TOKEN = "mapbox App Key"
