2018-06-27	Add qlibhomescreen recipes and add it into packagegroup for SDK	zheng_wenlong	1	-0/+13
	We detached the launcher area from homescreen. The lancher application requires qlibhomescreen. Add the qlibhomescreen recipes into packagegroup for it to be contained in the SDK.
