Enable CONFIG_DRM_LOAD_EDID_FIRMWARE
Update reference hardware kernel configuration fragment to enable
CONFIG_DRM_LOAD_EDID_FIRMWARE. This will allow using it as a
workaround for the HDMI EDID issues in a pinch.
