rcar-gen3: xserver-xorgs: Remove glamor in PACKAGECONFIG
Glamor was enabled by default by below commit:

However, with current env, this feature will get following error:

| configure: error: Glamor for Xorg requires gbm >= 10.2
Glamor is not necessary with current env, so disable it.
