xserver-xorg: remove glamor in PACKAGECONFIG
Glamor requires the api gbm_bo_get_fd() which is not provided by libgbm
and therefore results in a build error. As glamor is not required in the
current environment disable it.
Change based on the work of Thao Nguyen.
