[COMMUNITY] add preferred version on omx package
* gstreamer RDEPENDS on libomxlib, omx-user-module,
so omx-user-module must RPROVIDES libomxil.
gstreamer1.0-omx.inc:49:RDEPENDS_${PN} = "libomxil"
