rcar-gen3: kernel-module-vsp2driver: Fix missing vsp2 kernel module configuration in rootfs
This commit modifies recipe to add vsp2.conf file under
/etc/modules-load.d/ directory into rootfs after changing kernel
module package names in YP2.4.
