OV490-OV10640: add module params
1) add dvp_order module parameter
2) add max_height, max_width params
This will allow override default dts params using kernel command line:
f.e.:
" ov106xx.dvp_order=2"
or
" ov106xx.max_width=1280 ov106xx.max_height=966 max9286.gpio_resetb=4 max9286.active_low_resetb=1 max9286.fsync_period=3200000"
