Eagle r8a7797 support, adv7511 clock rate fixes
1) support Eagle r8a7797 2) propagate max clock rate set for adv7511 via dts: Eagle and Kingfisher use ADV7511 KF rate 100Mhz Eagle rate 166Mhz
