rcar-gen3: glmark2: Fix glmark2 build failure

glmark2 fails to build in YP v2.4 environment with the following error:

| Checking for 'gbm'                       : not found

This commit modifies recipe to fix this issue.
It also applies a patch to avoid the following error:
