rcar-gen3: vspm: Update SRCREV to follow the latest version
This commit updates SRCREV of vspm and vspmif driver to follow
the latest version for the following changes:
[vspmif_drv]
- Fixed an issue where vspmif could crash.
[vspmif_lib]
- To correspond boards that do not support Full HD.
[vspm_drv]
- Fix VI6_HGO/HGT_WBUFS setting from CPU write to Display List.
