[AGL] Revert TMP fix on perf build with linux-renesasjellyfish_9.99.1jellyfish/9.99.19.99.1
This reverts commit 725785b7d85221173bfde44640ff10a06cef9ef3.
Which introduced a build-fix for perf. This is upstream now.
