[COMMUNITY] BSP's should not ship files in /usr/local/
* replace "/usr/local" with path "${RENESAS_DATADIR}/include" using:
RENESAS_DATADIR = "/usr"
- meta-rcar-gen3/include/rcar-gen3-path-common.inc
