Enhance pointer manage and container browsing

- SourceAPI now holds share_ptr of Signal
- Signal are stored in a map<string,signal> that change
  way to browse the signals
- subscribed property included in SourceAPI.
- Clean old code
- renaming struct SignalValue->signalValue
