Upload Flutter-HVAC application for IVI

Flutter hvac app which sets value to KUKSA.VAL like
Fan speed,left and right zone climate temperature,
AC vent direction, Air circulation,Front and Rear Wind
shield defrost.
Update UI and removed Unused code.
