settings: bluetooth: qml: stop device lists from scrollingflounder_5.99.2flounder_5.99.1flounder/5.99.2flounder/5.99.15.99.25.99.1
Both device lists were emitting an layoutChanged() signal on any device addition/update/removal which caused the model to refresh causing it to 'scroll' to the top. This event should only be emitted when the model is being sorted, and hence incorrect in the current call.
