wired: implement configuration data flowshalibut_8.0.4halibut_8.0.3halibut_8.0.2halibut/8.0.4halibut/8.0.3halibut/8.0.28.0.48.0.38.0.2

- feed stack configuration data provided
by libqtappfw to the ui form;
- forward custom configuration data to
libqtappfw;
- rename staticXXXX properties to customXXXX
- introduce activeXXXX properties to keep the
stack current configuration values.
- fix always invisible placeholder text (qt) bug
by replacing TextField control with TextArea
control.
