R-Car build: Add a step to explain the Rcar graphic hotfix
Add a temporary paragraph to explain how to setup AGL build in order to
correctly use the hotfix graphic patch (see commit 9bc6c25f5 on
master/meta-agl).
Warning: This section will have to be removed when the corresponding
patch will be reverted.
