Add functions to unmanage handled halmap
Add functions to unmanage handled halmap.
Using these functions, it is possible to unmanage :
- a specific halmap.
- dependency related halmaps (e.g. at dynamic dependency disconnection).
- all handled halmaps (a.g. at binder exit).
