Add Hal (audio json configration files)
Add some audio json configration files inspired from hal available in
'4a-hal-reference' and '4a-hal-community'.
Each one of these files are meant to be be a reproduction of old hal
using the new 4a-hal implementation.
List of hal added :
- Rcar M3
- Intel Minnowboard
- 2ch generic usb
- Intel
- Jabra solemate
- Ensoniq
