Added -D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2 to CFLAGS
Added this option, to match the given ones when building
from yocto with bitbake.
Also fixed the sample example, and some copy-paste issues
on build targets (RELEASE/DEBUG/PROFILING/CCOV).
