README:md: update README accordingly to new json scheme.
README.md synchronizes from deprecated repo https://github.com/iotbzh/afb-controller. Remove all audio stuff, update new config, running, satisfy new json scheme from http://iot.bzh/download/public/schema/json/ctl-schema.json.
