Update GOPATH in VSCode project (now in gerrit)
xds-gdb sources was previously in github (github.com/iotbzh/xds-gdb) and
then sources have been migrated into AGL gerrit
(gerrit.automotivelinux.org/gerrit/src/xds/xds-gdb)
So GOPATH must be change accordingly.
