Add manifest file for albacore_1.0albacore
This is a snapshot manifest file targeted at albacore_1.0.
It allows the default.xml of the branch to go on while we
can pin the v1.0 state here.
Usage: repo init -b albacore -m albacore_1.0.xml URL/AGL-repo
