Migrate meta-app-framework to meta-agl
Application Framework is now part of core AGL components
and has been moved from meta-agl-extra to meta-agl.
Bug-AGL: SPEC-448
The commit history has been kept and the following commits have been moved
from meta-agl-extra to meta-agl:
