+Subject: [PATCH 4/4] arm64: Update the energy model on CA53 for R-Car Gen3
+
+Since the cpu_capacity for CA53 was set smaller than expected, the
+behavior of scheduler may not be suitable a little. This patch fixes
+the reasonable value to fit current implementation. This value should
+be updated again when the turbo mode will support with cpu capacity
+features.
