Revert kernel-devsrc fix on linux-ti
This reverts commit 4bfc821810cdee47611c6d3e94d771971f51fa75.
The fix on linux-ti-staging is superseeded by https://gerrit.automotivelinux.org/gerrit/#/c/11209/
